Another amazing night at the best local pub in the area. My family enjoyed the Shrimp, calamari, clams casino, pizza and dessert. My family has been going for years and it only gets better. I didn't get the name of our server but she had been there since 9am! Service was fast. And every meal was spectacular!

Good food, excellent service and the bar is old time atmosphere. Cozy neighborhood Bar & restaurant down the Jersey shore. Try it you'll love it.

This is old time Ocean Çounty with a waitress who can deliver a tasty, varied lunch off the menu for 12 with a Sandy smile. Near by is a community boardwalk that makes for a nice after dinner stroll. Parking spaces are free, but limited.

We had a birthday dinner tonight at the anchor inn. We were a party of 12 and as always the food was excellent and the service superb. The hostess and our waitress, Sammy, were so friendly and efficient. They both went above and beyond. What a wonderful place to go

We brought a couple who had never been there before. We were not disappointed. The seafood entrees were all delicious bread was served hot That's a plus. Service excellent our server Hannah was delightful. We had a reservation and got the table promptly. The hostess was a hustler. Had a great time will recommend the Anchor Inn!

Miss the Escargot!! But the Broiled Seafood platter is still one of the best. We have always loved their Pizza too.

I have been going here for over fifty years. You can't go wrong, really fresh seafood, great pasta and pies and the adjoining bar is a great place to wait for your table or just take in a game on tv with a bar pie or cheesteak.

This place is like stepping back into time, when neighbors knew your name, watched out for each other and service was done with a smile! What a cool stop, food was OUTSTANDING! We were a party of 8 and had a sausage pie as an app. WOW, amazing!!!!!!!! I had an Icelandic Cod special with artichokes, asparagus... man from someone who isn't necessarily a fish person, this was an AMAZING entree!!!!! Definitely try this place out, bar reminded us of a Cheers type place where locals hang but are welcoming of new comers!

Anchor Inn is a well-loved local favorite. There is a bar area and plenty of tables for those dining in. The overall vibe is very casual so come as you are! There are not many restaurants in the area so it does fill up quickly on weekends. I ordered a pizza to go - it was a typical pizza that you would expect to receive, nothing special.
